Ingredients:

Oats - 6 - 8 spoons
Horlicks - 1 spoon
Sugar - 2 spoons
Milk - glassful
almonds - for garnishing


Preparation:

Boil milk
Add horlicks
sugar
Pour oats and mix well
garnish with almonds
